Hillsdale, NY (PRWEB) June 14, 2007 -- Dragonfly (http://www.dragonfly.com), the Internet video network company based in Hillsdale, NY, is going back to the French Riviera for the second year in a row. The Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival (IAF) is the largest conference in the world for advertising professionals, and once again Dragonfly will partner with Adweek and enable their online videosite coverage of it.

Dragonfly will provide the web-based technology for Adweek's interviews with global marketers and creative executives, candid stills, and commercials up for awards. "We are thrilled to return to Cannes with Adweek," said Guy Nouri, CEO of Dragonfly. "This is the most prestigious advertising industry event of the year. Our teams will provide daily video reports of key events and we will have exclusive interviews with international advertising superstars. The Dragonfly/Adweek broadcast will reach the global advertising industry and will demonstrate Dragonfly's unique capabilities. It is a powerful addition to Adweek's reporting."

"Last year's first partnership with Dragonfly at Cannes enabled us to bring the spontaneity of on-camera interviews to our readers, along with other digital content," added Alison Fahey, Adweek's editor, "so in addition to our print coverage of all the excitement there, we're once again bringing daily video interviews to our online readers."

More than 7,500 marketing executives will converge on Cannes for the Festival week and there are more than 24,000 advertising entries at the festival. Lions are awarded in categories that include film/television, print, outdoor, radio, direct marketing, and online media. The Cannes Lion is one of the most sought-after prizes in the worldwide advertising industry.
