French Poker Player Finds His Pot of Gold at the Irish Open
(PRWEB) March 31, 2008 -- Frederic Levy, a 35-year-old poker player from Saumur, France, finished in 21st place out of nearly 700 players at the prestigious Irish Open poker tournament in Dublin, Ireland. Frederic continued to skillfully advance, and eventually found himself seated at the TV table, which broadcasts this elite tournament. This is where Frederic experienced his most glorious victory when he turned a pair of Fours into a Flush to beat his opponent's pair of Jacks. Being televised did not cause Frederic to become nervous, and he admitted that this experience was actually "fun."
After realizing such a wonderful victory in Dublin, Frederic is looking forward to achieving an even bigger poker dream. "Playing at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas would be a dream come true because I have never been there," Levy admitted.
